Jorge Wright

born in 1997 to two artist parents, jorge feels fortunate to have grown up in a creative household in clevedon surrounded by native bush.  

this has definately nurtured his creativity.

jorges goal has always been to work for himself.

having spent a few years at university exploring a design degree, and a year in the building industry, he feels excited to be creating some unique art work combining the skills he has learnt.

jorge was selected for sculpture on the gulf at waiheke island 2022.  he exhibited a large 5 metre work titled ‘head within’ and was awarded the ‘people’s choice award’.

currently working on two large 5 metre commissions for clients
